Need a prescription? Here are your options:
1. If your prescription is a renewal of an ongoing medication, you can send a prescription request through your free Health Myself Portal, send an email to [email protected], drop a note or empty bottle off at the front desk or contact the pharmacy to initiate the renewal. Be sure to include the name and dose of your medication. We do not take prescription requests over the phone. Please note that our physicians try to fit the many renewal requests in between booked appointments, so allow for at least 3 days before checking for your prescription at the pharmacy.
2. Antibiotics are almost never renewed. If you think you need antibiotics, please call the clinic at 727-2617 or use the online Health Myself Portal to book an appointment to discuss with a physician.
